KUBICO has developed an interdisciplinary partnership with the Kenya Judiciary for Continuous Education and Professional Development for Judges and other Judicial Officers on biotechnology and related technical areas. This training has been developed to feature a series of modules to enable Judges have a working understanding of the technical aspects of modern biotechnology – scientific underlying concepts, key terminologies, and product development pathways that underpin these technologies.
As part of the series, a major training anchored on this partnership was held in June 2025, attended by Judges of the High Court (mostly in the Environment and Land Court; ELC) on modern biotechnology.
Some of the High Court Judges, Registrars, and other Judicial Officers were trained by KUBICO in June 2025.
